Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit alnerive.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
Alnerive Anna Blanca Torres Rivas Lorzenparkstrasse 25, 6330 Cham, Switzerland anna@alnerive.com +41 76 262 56 52 You can contact us at this address at any time with questions about data protection.
2. Website hosting
Our website is operated by Lovable (Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Sweden, and Lovable Labs Incorporated, USA) and delivered through the Cloudflare network. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. We need this data to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix problems. A technically necessary cookie from the hosting provider is also set. More information: privacy policies of Lovable (https://lovable.dev/privacy) and Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
3. Visitor statistics
We use the built-in visitor statistics of our hosting provider Lovable to understand how our website is used. It records the page visited, the referring page, browser and device information, the browser language, the approximate country (derived from the time zone) and technical loading times. For this purpose, a cookie called "session-id" containing a random identifier is set; it expires after 30 minutes. We only analyse this data in aggregate and do not use it for advertising or to create profiles of individuals.
4. Fonts
The fonts on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when the page loads.
5. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, the name of your business or company, the business type, country, preferred language and your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a call. The information is processed on the servers of our hosting provider Lovable and delivered to us by email. Our mailbox is operated by Google (Google Workspace).
6. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you give us in order to answer your enquiry. Emails are processed via Google Workspace.
7. Appointment booking with Calendly
We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to book online appointments. The Calendly booking window and its content are only loaded when you click "Pick a time directly". When you book, Calendly receives the data you enter, for example your name, email address and chosen time, as well as technical data such as your IP address. Calendly may use its own cookies in the booking window. More information: Calendly privacy policy (https://calendly.com/privacy).
8. Links to social networks
Our website links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and X. These are simple links: no data is sent to these networks when you visit our website. Only when you click a link are you taken to the provider's platform, where its privacy terms apply.
9. Videos
If we embed videos (for example from YouTube or Vimeo), they are only loaded when you start the video. Only then is data such as your IP address sent to the provider.
10. Transfers abroad
Our service providers may process personal data in Switzerland, in EU/EEA countries and in the United States. For countries without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure your data is protected by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with the adaptations required for Switzerland or, where the provider is certified, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
11. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after 12 months at the latest. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for as long as required by statutory retention obligations (usually 10 years for business records).
12. Legal bases under the GDPR
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interest in operating our website securely and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for hosting and visitor statistics, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for contact enquiries and appointment bookings.
13. Your rights
You can request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over to you, or object to its processing. To do so, write to anna@alnerive.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, https://www.edoeb.admin.ch). If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
14. Changes
We may update this privacy policy if our website or our service providers change. The version published on this page applies.
